RGB Plastering Limited provides a complete service of Wall & Ceiling Fixing Systems, Internal Wall & Ceiling Plastering, External Rendering and Floor Screeding for the Construction Industry. From our Quantity Survey Costing through to our onsite Health & Safety and Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations.
All our staff & personnel are fully qualified and Construction Skills Certificate System (CSCS) Carded including our Contract Managers, Tradesmen and Labourers. We have sub contractors that have completed their SSS course which we run regularly through our internal training programme. With over 150 operatives working for RGB at any one time all of which have qualified and gained skilled workers CSCS cards, supplying labour to any one project is no problem.
There are over 90 fully qualified plasterers continually dry-lining, skimming and 2 coat plastering on our sites throughout the East & West Midlands. There are at least 40 operatives partitioning, boarding and suspended ceiling fixing. Traditional sand and cement ready mix Screed barrowed or pumped.
With more and more Monocouche rendering being specified on sites RGB have purchased their own spray rendering machine and have become an approved contractor for Weber and have several gangs continually spraying different coloured render on our sites.
RGB’s entire workforce is up to date in all Robust, NHBC and Construction regulations with regular reviews throughout the year and with continual quality monitoring and Health and Safety checks keep quality at a high and accidents at a low.
Health and Safety
Health and Safety within RGB Plastering is very important and is driven top down for sound business as well as obviously for legal reasons. In this day and age Health and Safety is just as important as the quality of work provided. We have a strategic approach which is geared up to protect its operatives and others on site. As part of our services we provide a full site specific Health and Safety pack that sets our policies and procedures all in line with current legislation. We also hold regular on site safety briefings including Tool Box Talks and PPE Awareness.
Our staffs are regularly updated with any news regulations and we work closely with our Health and Safety Executive R G Wilbury.
